Pinnico Cars allows owners to choose among three standardized cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate, and Strict) that we will enforce to protect both renter and owner alike. Each listed car and its confirmed on our site will clearly state the cancellation policy. Renters may cancel and review any penalties by viewing their travel plans and then clicking ‘Cancel’ on the appropriate reservation. A owner will be able to see the number of reservations a renter has canceled over the previous 12 months when the renter submits a request to book.
For a 50% refund of base fees, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to local trip start time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of trip start, otherwise no refund. For example, if trip starts on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before trip start time.
If the renter cancels less than 7 days in advance, the days not spent are not refunded.
If the renter arrives and decides to leave early, the days not spent are not refunded.
